Lack of professionalism
Sometime when you visit developed country, you realise how far away is your country. The system, the level of professionalism just impress you. Here, in india, I shouldn’t say these out of patriotism but as a consumer, I am being consumed by companies and association.
Corruption does eat a country but unprofessionalism makes it worst to work around. While writing this blog, I am fighting with 2 companies for my rights: one where fraud company robbed people of their right and money (me being one of those people) and second where company is charging me with extra money for nothing. After arguing, fighting, discussing endlessly, there is no conclusion.
I am personally sick of Indian companies and their attitude. They think that it’s easy to fool people and do whatever they wish to do. Sadly due to lack of strong law and enforcement, companies are openly doing fraud and cheating. A consumer in USA gets millions of dollar because coffee was too hot and in India, consumer ends up paying a lot of money because they wished to get served by the company.
Such injustice is frustrating and time consuming. The time I spend in Working and getting paid, I end up paying more time arguing with these company for my right as consumer.
Wish that government soon take some action towards these companies and bring some justice!
